Marketing Services Administrator
An opportunity has arisen for a permanent, full-time team member within our Marketing Department at IFGL based in Douglas.
Reporting to the Communications Executive, the successful candidate will manage administrative tasks within the Marketing Services and Communications team.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Maintain Mailchimp mailing lists, email groups and reporting of email performance
- Preparing mail list and preparing mail merge letters
- Dealing with suppliers and finance regarding invoicing
- Maintain the Marketing Budget spreadsheets
- Input jobs onto Dot Approve as required
- Manage stock control for all promotional goods
- Provide MI for the Marketing Reports
- Supporting the Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Social Media Team
- Assisting with event planning / including attendance to support at events as requested by the Communications Manager
To ensure that this role is carried out to the desired level, the successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:
- Full driving license
- Good organizational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- GCSE Grade C (or higher) in Maths and English Language
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- It would be advantageous to have 12 months’ experience working in an office environment in an administrative role
