IFGL Pensions has made two senior appointments.
Richard Foden moves from his role heading up IFGL Pensions’ Customer Services to become Head of Business Development.
And Senga Jones has joined IFGL Pensions to take over as Head of Customer Services.
‘I am delighted to be taking on the role of Head of Business Development,’ said Richard. ‘In this position, I will be committed to delivering dedicated support to advisers, providing proactive assistance throughout the onboarding process, and ensuring strong engagement through regular face to face meetings. I look forward to strengthening partnerships, supporting adviser growth, and contributing to the continued success of the business.’
Senga began her career in the SSAS and SIPP market 20 years ago and went on to work within the IFA industry before spending a decade in compliance.
More recently she headed up an employee benefits division focusing on delivering exceptional service and solutions to corporate clients and their employees.
‘I’m thrilled to get back to my roots and take on this position at such an exciting time for IFGL Pensions,’ said Senga. ‘Supporting advisers and clients through clear communication and efficient processes is vital in the SSAS and SIPP space and an area I flourish in. I’m looking forward to leading our talented team and continuing to raise the bar set by Richard.’
