Group CEO
Rob joined IFGL as Group CEO in May 2025 and is responsible for delivering the Group’s strategy and objectives. He brings more than 25 years’ experience in financial services to the role, having held a range of senior leadership positions in some of the most well-known and recognised names in the industry, including NatWest Group Plc, HSBC, RBS Group and Westpac Banking Corporation.
Vicky Ackers
Chief Customer Services Officer
Vicky joined IFGL in 2010 to head up the Investment Team and subsequently moved to Customer Services. Her primary role is to focus on delivering exceptional service to our Customers whilst ensuring that regulatory changes are implemented. Vicky has over 30 years’ experience working in the finance industry holding previous roles at HSBC, Coutts and Royal Bank of Canada.
Alistair Brogden
Chief Financial Officer
Alistair Brogden joined the Royal London Group in 1991 after graduating from Durham University with a BA (Hons) degree in Mathematics and Economics. He joined in 2008 and became Appointed Actuary in 2009. Alistair is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
Neil Chadwick
Chief Sales Officer
Neil has worked at IFGL since 2008 and prior to becoming Chief Sales Officer in 2025 was the Head of Technical Services. Neil has extensive industry experience, having also been the Chair of the Isle of Man Insurance Association for 4 years and a Director of the Isle of Man branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He is also a Director of IFGL Global Trusts.
Sue-Ann Ind
Chief Risk Officer
Sue-Ann, an FCA Chartered Accountant and Executive Director, brings over 25 years of extensive experience in global FTSE50 and private financial services firms. Sue-Ann has accountability for the Group Risk, Compliance, Legal and Company Secretariat functions.
Jenny Trimble
Chief Strategy Officer
Jenny is a Chartered Accountant with over 22 years’ experience in accounting, audit and advisory roles in the international financial services sector. Jenny joins the senior leadership team after 4 years as our Head of Group Internal Audit. Jenny is responsible for driving long-term growth through the development, alignment and execution of Group Strategy.
Greg Watson
Chief Technology Officer
Greg joined IFGL as Chief Technology Officer in January 2023. He has 30 years IT experience within financial services at Sainsbury’s Bank and Standard Life. Greg is responsible for group technology.
Steve Weston
Chief Commercial Officer and CEO of Ardan
Steve has over 25 years' experience within Financial Services spanning across both Retail and Private Banking, Wealth Management and the Life Insurance sectors. He has held a variety of senior executive level positions with responsibilities ranging from product management through to IT and operations, and managing large teams across different countries across the globe.
