Senior Investment Administrator

An opportunity has arisen for a new team member to join the Unit Pricing team within our Investments Department based at our offices in Royal Court, Castletown.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

• Import and review of files from policy administration systems
• Review of fund unit creations and liquidations
• Review of fund underlying asset transactions
• Execution of transactions with counterparties
• Pricing of assets held in personalised and pooled funds
• Processing daily fund valuations for a large range of pooled funds
• Processing daily policy valuations for personalised book
• Identification and escalation of exceptions
• Reconciliations and clearance of breaks in a timely manner
• Checking and sign off of work completed by colleagues.

To ensure this role is carried out to the desired level, the successful candidate will need the following skills and experience:

• A minimum of three years experience working in Financial Services, ideally within an Investments team
• Good numeracy skills
• Ability to work accurately under pressure
• Possess strong planning and organisational skills
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with other internal departments
• 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) grade C or above - including English and Maths
• Familiar with Microsoft Office in particular Excel.
