Ardan was the first independent wealth platform designed exclusively for international advisers and their clients. Authorised and regulated in the Isle of Man, it provides access to more than 70,000 funds and securities through multiple third party life and pension wrappers.
Ardan was created in 2013, when it was named Acordias. In 2014, the business was acquired by UK wealth manager and stockbroker Rowan Dartington and it was rebranded as “Ardan”, which means “platform” in Manx.

FPIL has over 40 years of experience in the international life assurance market and can trace its Isle of Man heritage back to 1978. It was purchased by Friends Provident in 2003, and renamed Friends Provident International.
FPIL provides savings, investment and protection to customers in Asia and the UAE. With offices in Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore and the Isle of Man, they have staff worldwide, who are committed to helping customers achieve their financial goals.

Sovereign Pension Services (UK) Limited joined the IFGL group in March 2023 from the Sovereign Group and was rebranded to IFGL Pensions in May 2023.
We are an international Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) and Small Self-Administered Scheme (SSAS) administrator and operator based in Liverpool, UK. We have 20 years’ experience in the industry and are regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
A SIPP is a type of UK-registered personal pension designed for people who want to make their own investment decisions. We offer 3 different SIPP products aimed at both UK and non-UK residents.
A SSAS is a specific type of occupational pension scheme, typically used in the UK by owners/directors of small and medium-sized enterprises who like the idea of having more control over their own pension arrangements.

Established in 2024, IFGL Global Trusts provides professional trust services for international investors from our headquarters in the Isle of Man.
We offer professional trustee, fiduciary, administration and accountancy services for the products that we offer through IFGL companies.

RL360° Services is dedicated to looking after the personal portfolio bonds and international life policies of its existing customers. While we are no longer open to new business, we provide high quality customer service and policy administration to over 15,000 policyholders located all around the world. We are based in the Isle of Man, a well established global financial centre with an outstanding reputation for investor protection and security.
We were acquired by IFGL in December 2015. Before that we were called CMI Insurance Company Limited (“CMI”), and we sold policies under the Scottish Widows and Clerical Medical brands. We were rebranded to RL360° Services in April 2016.
